Keep Public Funds in Public SchoolsThis federal private school voucher tax credit is just the latest attempt to splinter our community and erode the democratic foundation of public schooling.

Keep ICE out of Franklin Park School District 84We are proud parents of students enrolled in schools within Franklin Park School District 84. We are proud of the racial, ethnic, and cultural diversity that makes up our school community and the village of Franklin Park. On August 15th, Governor Pritzker signed the Safe Schools for All bill (HB 3247) into law. Creating a SAFE ZONE policy is one way to make sure our community is in compliance. Built upon legal protections that are already in place, including FERPA and the U.S. Constitution, SAFE ZONE policies have been passed in school districts from Colorado to Kentucky because they provide clear limits on when and how ICE enters the school and how school staff will support families. Sign this petition to urge leaders to pass a SAFE ZONE Policy to keep our students and community safe. We welcome signatures from residents from Franklin Park and throughout Illinois. 15 sierpnia gubernator Pritzker podpisał ustawę Safe Schools for All (HB 3247). Podpisz tę petycję, aby wezwać naszych liderów do przyjęcia polityki bezpieczeństwa (SAFE ZONE) i zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa naszym uczniom oraz całej społeczności.

Stop the Federal Cuts to Public Education!Congress is considering a proposal to cut $12 billion for public education in the FY2026 budget, including an almost 30% decrease in Title 1 funds for low-income families. These are cuts our students cannot afford. We call on our federal legislators to take immediate and proactive steps to safeguard the rights, safety, and educational opportunities of all students, by supporting legislation that affirms and funds access to high-quality public education for every child in every state. Sign this petition to make it clear that we are the majority and we demand a fully funded and equitable public school system. Our children’s future depends on strong, well-funded public schools. Add your name now and tell Congress: Stop the Federal Cuts to Public Education!55 of 100 Signatures

Urge the DPS Board to Demand Legislative Action Toward Fully & Fairly Funded Public SchoolsFor decades, TABOR (the so-called Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights) has restricted what the state can spend for schools. Now, federal funding and revenue changes pose additional threats to adequate, sustainable, and equitable school funding. If you agree that public education is the most important investment we can make in the future of our students, families, communities, economy, and democracy, then it's time to take action. Let's make sure the Colorado legislature takes concrete steps in 2026 to protect and promote public education. Join your fellow public school supporters as we call on our legislators to create and fund Colorado's Blueprint for Student Success — a multi-year plan to secure a vibrant public education system for decades to come. Sign this petition today to encourage the Denver Public Schools Board of Education to pass a resolution in support of fully, fairly funded public education and the Blueprint for Student Success. Together, we can Get It Done!83 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Kristen W.

Public School Strong: Defend Against the Trump Administration’s AttacksPublic education is under attack. From attempts to defund public schools through voucher scams, to efforts aimed at censoring educators and whitewashing history, the Trump Administration and its allies are threatening the future of education as we know it. This past week, the media began reporting that the administration has even begun efforts to dismantle the Department of Education. We can’t stay silent. That’s why we’re launching a national petition to amplify voices calling for strong, fully funded, and equitable public schools. Sign this petition and send a letter to your Congressional representatives urging them to take immediate action to protect our public schools.2,568 of 3,000 Signatures

GoldenKeep Public Dollars in PUBLIC Schools! Oppose Amendment 80!Vibrant, high-quality public schools are the key to thriving communities like ours. Signing this petition – and urging others to sign as well – is an easy and effective way to get our school board to step up and help us protect public education from this attack. This measure would hurt public schools and threaten their funding. Public schools need more teachers, better teacher pay, and smaller class sizes. This measure will only make it harder to fund those improvements by opening the door to taking money from public schools—which serve 95% of Colorado students—to fund private schools.149 of 200 SignaturesCreated by Dawn F.
