May Day - Petition Circulation for Graduated Income Tax Ballot Measure

NOTE: RSVP HERE!
The Protect Colorado's Future coalition is gathering signatures to introduce a graduated income tax on the November ballot. This measure would raise an estimated $2 billion per year so Colorado can better fund K-12 public education, health care, and child care. The proposal would also mean lower state income taxes for 97% of Coloradans — everyone making less than $500,000 per year.
We want to turn out as many petition circulators as possible to May Day events across the state on Friday, May 1. Please use this form to see May Day events in your area and pledge to gather signatures with us: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C044BAAAF22A5FACF8-63435577-sign#/

Thanks to the state-commissioned adequacy studies, we know what more we need to invest in our public school system to enable every student to thrive. This measure is a crucial next step in our fight for fully and fairly funded public schools across the state.
The education community has powered impressive victories in the past, including gathering enough signatures in 2018 to place Amendment 73 on the ballot. We're ready to do it all again, together, to help Colorado invest in public education and other important services that benefit all of us.
