Thanks so much for signing up to become an organizer for your Public School Strong team. The aim of this website is to support you in growing your Public School Strong to engage at your local school board and beyond for honest, equitable and fully funded public schools.

School district teams are crucial to building the visibility and power we need not only to save our public schools, but transform them into inclusive and equitable places where all children can thrive. This site will help you coordinate with like-minded leaders in your community to engage your school board and other policymakers together, and that’s just the start. Together, and with support from national and state partners, your team can build campaigns that shift the narrative and the balance of power in your school district.

Becoming an organizer means getting more involved in Public School Strong, and volunteering some of your time. This means organizing meetings and events for Public School Strong members who live near you to show up to school board meetings together, and even planning in-person or virtual meetings to coordinate other actions.

This platform allows you as an organizer to:



  • email all members of the group

  • create events

  • post a message for other Public School Strong members

  • email a Public School Strong staff member

  • delete offensive messages on the website in line with the Public School Strong comment policy
