📝We, the undersigned educators, families, and community members, stand united in support of strong, fully funded, and truly public schools in Lawrence Township and across Central Indiana. Public education is the heart of our communities. It’s where children discover who they are, where families come together, and where educators build futures. Yet too often, the very schools that serve as anchors in our neighborhoods are overburdened by underfunded mandates that drain resources without delivering better outcomes. We believe in public schools that: • Serve all students—regardless of background, zip code, language, or ability.     • Are led by experienced educators, not corporate interests.     • Reflect the values, culture, and needs of the community they serve.     • Are accountable to the public—not private management or political agendas.     We know our schools work best when educators, families, and school leaders collaborate—not compete. When teachers are respected. When funding reaches the classroom.
