Teach Truth Day of Action at The Seattle Public Library with activities for all ages: ⭐11am - 12pm, Freedom to Read Story Time
⭐ 1pm - 4pm, Decorate tote bags and bookmarks that celebrate #BooksUnbanned
⭐ 1 - 4pm, Silent read-in + FLASH MOB (meet at 12:30)
⭐ 4 - 6pm, Teach-in with local educators
⭐ June 1 - 30, Mini exhibit on local history and stories of resistance 
⭐ Through July 31st: Experiential program on "How Black educators brought restorative justice to South Seattle schools."

This event is part of the Zinn Education Project’s 5th Annual Teach Truth Day of Action. The Teach Truth Day of Action events at the Seattle Public Library include a screening of the documentary Banned Together on June 14.
