Organizing Meeting

Next weekend, Saturday, November 8th, a group of people who are loosely affiliated with the ACLU of Virginia will gather at 1:00 p.m. at Blindhouse Beer Company.

Many of them have been meeting over the past couple years in response to the Roanoke County School Board hullabaloo. One of the items--though not the only one--that we hope to discuss is creation of a Public School Strong chapter.

We would like to invite any one who might be interested to attend.

The event is Freeform with no rigid agenda.  The goal is simply to connect people so that we can support each other and their organizations.

As to food, it will be a potluck - supplemented with some pizza and salad. Anyone who would like to bring a dish, is encouraged to do so.
