Banned Books Week

Tips:
• Be clear about who’s organizing, who’s participating, and who’s invited to your event.

• Make sure people understand what you’re doing and why (Banned Books Week, of course!).

• Indicate whether your event is free or if a ticket is required (including prices).

• Include any special instructions for attendees — i.e. directions, what to do if it’s an outdoor event and the weather doesn’t cooperate, what people can or can’t bring, etc.

• You can link to your event landing page or registration page in the Web Conferencing URL fi eld in this form, but you can also include it in your description.

• This form also collects location information for in-person events, but it doesn’t hurt to include it in your description as well.
